While at onPlatinum, I designed and developed a large-scale website for GPS Wealth, one of Australia’s leading financial groups. The goal was to create a platform that could clearly serve three distinct user types: Clients, Accountants, and Financial Advisers, each with their own needs, journeys, and expectations.
The core challenge was designing a single website that could effectively cater to three very different audiences without overwhelming users or fragmenting the experience.
Each group required tailored content, navigation, and tools, but the business still needed a unified brand and structure.
On top of this, the client had a clear vision of how the experience should feel, which evolved throughout the project, requiring ongoing iteration across both UI and UX.

I structured the experience around immediate user segmentation. On entry, users are guided to identify themselves, allowing the site to deliver a more relevant and streamlined experience from the start.
From there, I designed dedicated pathways for each audience, ensuring:
A key feature of the site was the Game of Money form, an interactive experience designed to guide clients through financial inputs in a more engaging and digestible way. This required custom UI design, animation, and front-end logic to ensure it felt intuitive rather than complex.
Given the scale of the site, the process was highly iterative:
A large portion of the work involved translating abstract ideas into functional UI, then refining them through testing and feedback.
The final product delivered a structured, user-focused experience that allowed each audience to quickly access what was relevant to them, without unnecessary friction.
The site stands as one of the largest and most complex builds I worked on at onPlatinum, combining UX strategy, visual design, and front-end development into a single cohesive product.
